Wed, Sep 30 Holed up at home today despite evening plans because one kid has hand, foot, mouth disease. This picture is from my daughter saying she wanted to draw a face on herself and we got a good laugh out of it 😂
Played Minecraft Dungeons 2 to end the day, it was pretty fun!
Tue, Sep 29 The funny moments of parenting - kiddo wasn't napping during his rest time and fell asleep near the end of it. We still had to get him up at a reasonable time so he was super groggy and just stayed in the corner of his crib like this for a bit 😂 Gave us a good chuckle
Mon, Sep 28 Chocolate chip pancakes have become our morning routine - it's been fun! I'll make a large batch and have them for a few days. Recently started some good old Mickey Mouse pancakes since the kids have been enjoying that recently!

Tough work meeting today but got a nice run in afterwards to de-stress.
Tue, Sep 22 Played disc golf this morning with the guys. Working on power drives so my shots often go flying the wrong way. Lost the Underworld (yellow one here) that I just bought behind a fence and concrete wall so was hoping to get it back - the other side was a storage company so the fences were locked out.
Hopped the fence and wall and found a buzzz and leapord3! First time finding discs to add to my collection since they had no contact info 🫨
Sun, Sep 20 Regular Sunday today - got some music for playing piano at church next week, and hanging out with the family with pizza and games.
Pretty normal week of work coming up, just hoping to support the team and stay on top of projects as well as possible!
Sat, Sep 19 Errands, running, and hanging out with the brother-in-law. Started watching Apothecary Diaries to wrap the day!
Fri, Sep 18 Regular day with the fam to finish off the week. Always get a kick out of how much Bennett loves crawling into this cabinet over and over 😆

Sat, Sep 5 Used the fan from our company off-site to build a little rocket engine prototype. Got the idea from my brother and it worked surprisingly well!
Fri, Sep 4 Heading back home from our company off-site (part 2) after my flight was canceled yesterday. It was a really nice time with everyone, just a little bummed to get sick during it - mainly just lots of fatigue and upper respiratory stuff. Very thankful most of my work for the off-site was finished the Friday before!
Wed, Sep 2 Played a game of jenga while we had dinner + karaoke at the company off-site. We got the tower to nearly no easy moves left! Also sang karaoke for my first time ever.
Tue, Sep 1 Activity day in Washington at the company off-site! This picture was me and Melvyn at the highest point during the aerial park. It was intimidating at first but got super fun the longer we tried the obstacles. Also played disc golf with a good crew earlier in the day!
