This game is a great RPG that Larian Studios made before Baldur's Gate 3 (I played them out of order). I would say the combat in this game was much better, but the story was kinda "meh".
The combat revolves around action points and ground status effects mainly. Crowd control is also huge once you get physical/magical shields down.
Overall a fun time!
